- Email address — collected when you create an account via Firebase Authentication.
- Protocol data — doses, compounds, injection logs, blood work results, body composition entries, and personal records that you enter into the app. This data is stored in your account on Firebase Firestore.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interactions with the app, collected via Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand how the Service is used.
- Device information — device type, operating system version, and browser type, collected automatically by Firebase and Google Analytics.
- IP address — collected by Firebase and Google Analytics as part of standard web and app traffic logging.
How Do We Use Your Information?
- To provide and maintain the Service, including syncing your protocol data across devices when you are signed in.
- To authenticate your identity via Firebase Authentication.
- To store and retrieve your protocol data via Firebase Firestore.
- To understand how users interact with the Service so we can improve it (Google Analytics).
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service when necessary.
Do We Sell Your Data?
No. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or protocol data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your health and protocol data is yours.

Firebase (Google LLC)
We use Firebase services provided by Google LLC, including:
- Firebase Authentication — manages account creation and sign-in using your email address and password.
- Cloud Firestore — stores your protocol data (doses, compounds, blood work, body composition, personal records) in Google's cloud infrastructure.

Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data about how the Service is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How Is Your Data Stored and Protected?
Your protocol data is stored in Firebase Firestore, which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is protected by Firebase Authentication — only you can access your account data.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Data Retention
We retain your account and protocol data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us (see below).
Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
